Throughout my 25+ years in ministry, I’ve learned there are far too many unanswered questions leaders face when it comes to leading a church.
At times, it’s confusing to figure out how to create a healthy church culture, motivate staff, lead and develop a team, and everything else a leader has to do.
But I’ve also realized we’re not alone in our struggles. There are common challenges that hold back tens of thousands of leaders from leading a successful mission. Just because some have learned these lessons through trial-and-error doesn’t mean you have to.

Every single day I see people seek distraction and relief from the unpleasant aspects of leadership. Some use work to escape from home, while others use home to escape from work.
For me, during a particularly bumpy season early on in leadership, it wasn’t even escaping to Fiji to lay in a hammock, it was anything but leadership. Something about stacking boxes in a warehouse seemed so simple. And peaceful.
That’s why I’m so passionate about helping other leaders find success in their lives.
