Hi, I’m Carey Nieuwhof.
Throughout my 25+ years in ministry, I’ve learned there are far too many unanswered questions leaders face when it comes to leading a church.
At times, it’s confusing to figure out how to create a healthy church culture, motivate staff, lead and develop a team, and everything else a leader has to do.
But I’ve also realized we’re not alone in our struggles. There are common challenges that hold back tens of thousands of leaders from leading a successful mission. Just because some have learned these lessons through trial-and-error doesn’t mean you have to.
My goal is to provide you and your team with everything you need to lead, run and grow your church or impact-based organization.
Every month 250,000+ people are here to become healthier, thriving leaders – at work and at home. That could mean…
- Creating a system to manage your time, energy, and priorities, so you have time for what matters
- Developing strategies to battle back from periods of burnout
- Breaking down the complexities of management to make leading a team simple; or
- Mastering how to spot trends that impact your organization
WHAT WOULD MAXIMIZING YOUR LEADERSHIP MEAN FOR THE PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE?
I want you to take a look at the people in your life. Family. Work. Volunteering. Mentoring. Passion Projects. There’s no doubt that you’re a leader – you have the drive and the heart – but are you the leader they need you to be? Are you and the people you lead truly thriving?
For most of us, not yet. But I’d love to see you succeed in getting there.
Whether it’s growing your organization, advancing your career, launching a new venture, being far more present at home, or taking meaningful time off, if you stick around we can work toward a common goal: to live in a way today that will help you thrive tomorrow. You, and the people you lead, deserve that.
Leaders are convinced that overwhelm, stress, and disconnection are ‘normal’. That’s not okay.
Although there are seasons of great joy, leadership doesn’t come without fatigue, confusion, discouragement and even feeling disconnected. While it’s okay to experience them, it’s not okay to accept them as ‘normal’.
Every single day I see people seek distraction and relief from the unpleasant aspects of leadership. Some use work to escape from home, while others use home to escape from work.
For me, during a particularly bumpy season early on in leadership, it wasn’t even escaping to Fiji to lay in a hammock, it was anything but leadership. Something about stacking boxes in a warehouse seemed so simple. And peaceful.
That’s why I’m so passionate about helping other leaders find success in their lives.
What you’ll find here are the ways to battle back from the lows and strategies to move forward to a much healthier place. Because when you’re winning at work and at home, what’s there to escape from?
Here’s how you can find productivity, clarity, focus, passion, energy, and effectiveness in your life and leadership.
