After I purchase a course, how do I access the videos?

  1. Click on this link https://careynieuwhof.com/my-account/
  2. Log into your account using the email address and password you provided when setting up your CareyNieuwhof Account.
  3. Once logged in CLICK on “Purchased Courses” from the left menu.
  4. Purchased Courses will be presented on your screen. CLICK the course you want to use.
  5. Then CLICK the “view” button.
  6. From there CLICK on the video you would like to view
  7. The video should open.
  8. You can download the PDF workbook for the Video page as well.

Failed Payment

I tried to buy the course, but my payment failed. What should I do?
It’s not working, and your credit card isn’t even maxed out! What’s with that? Though this happens sometimes, we understand your frustration. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

A few quick tips on what you can do:

  • Double check all of the info you’re entering and make sure it’s correct and matches what your bank has on file, including the card number, expiration date and CSV (typically a 3 digit code found on the back of your card).
  • Make sure your card is active and hasn’t expired.
  • If everything is correct and your account is in good standing, you may want to contact your bank directly to see what the problem might be.
