Where is the conference held? And when is it?
The conference is at Cannery Hall in Nashville, TN from September 21st-23rd, 2026.
Where should I stay? Do I need to rent a car? (We’ll send you all these details when the time comes!)
You’ll receive a detailed document outlining the key details you need to book your travel and prepare for the event, including:
- Conference schedule
- When you should plan on arriving and leaving
- Hotel details (and room block discounts)
- Access to the pre- and post-event group
- Any other important details
You will need to arrange your own transportation to and from the airport, as well as between the hotel and venue.

How does the application process work?
When you click the ‘Apply Now’ button above, you’ll be taken to a short application. After completing the application (less than 5 minutes), you’ll receive one of two results:
- Pre-approved. If you’re pre-approved to attend, you’ll be redirected to checkout, where you’ll be able to purchase your ticket immediately.
- Application in review. My team reviews each and every application with care to ensure that this is the right event for you. Within 30 days, you’ll hear back from us if your application has been approved or not. If it has, you’ll receive an email with a link to purchase your ticket.
Is there a conference schedule?

Yes, there will be. If you’ve registered, you’ll receive a pre-event survey closer to the date of the conference.
Based on your responses, we’ll craft the keynotes, guests, panels, and table groups to ensure that the content you hear and the connections you make have a meaningful impact on your leadership and ministry.
Do I have to be a member of the Art of Leadership Academy to attend?
No, you don’t. But members of the Academy get priority access and can register at the best available rate. If you’re a member and missed the email announcements, please check your email (or the community) to get the coupon code.
Can I bring my team? Or a friend?
Your acceptance to the conference is for you. If you want to bring a friend or team member, please have them apply and purchase separately.
