Accessing your membership, course, or billing.

You can access The Art of Leadership Academy through a web browser or through our very own mobile app:

If you haven’t, and you’d like to join, you can do so here.

If you’re having trouble signing in, here are a few things to ensure:

  1. Correct URL: Make sure you’re trying to sign in at https://community.careynieuwhof.com.
  2. Correct Email Address: Use the email address associated with your account when you first signed up. If you initially signed up using Social Sign In (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Apple), try those options to sign in. If you’d like to switch to signing in with your email, you’ll need to reset your password.

You will find your Personal Settings by selecting your profile photo in the upper right corner. Sign in and navigate to your Profile » Account » Update Email and Password

If you already have a password and need to reset it:

  1. Use a Web Browser: You’ll need to use a web browser to reset your password, not the mobile app.
  2. Click “Forgot Password?”: On the sign-in page, click the “Forgot password?” link below the “Password” text box. On the next page, enter your email address and click “Send Email.”
  3. Check Your Email: You’ll receive a password reset email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. This email is valid for only one hour, but you can send yourself as many password reset emails as needed.

Important Note: If you click “Forgot Password?” in the mobile app, you’ll receive a magic link email that automatically logs you back into the app, but it will not allow you to reset your password. To reset your password, you must do so through a web browser. you’re having issues with your password, please see the FAQ below.

If you originally signed in using Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or without creating a password, you may not have set one up when you first joined. To set up a new password or unlink your account from Facebook or LinkedIn:

  1. Sign in on a Web Browser: You can only set up or update your password through a web browser, not through the mobile app.
  2. Go to Your Profile: After signing in, click on your Profile Photo » Personal Settings » Account » Update Email & Password.
  3. Add a Password: Select the option to “Add a Password.”

Sign in to The Art of Leadership Academy and visit the FAQ section. You’ll find everything for managing purchases, subscriptions, and invoices under Profile » Plans and Access.

Note: If you DON’T see any subscriptions or billing information in your Personal Settings but are sure that you have one, it may be because your membership was created on our previous platform.
