Select the calendar for your time zone.

In most cases, your default calendar (iCal, Google Cal, Outlook, etc.) will open automatically and prompt you to install the calendar. If not, click here for instructions on manually installing the calendar on a computer.

Step 4

Customize the Green, Yellow, and Red Zones to match your energy levels throughout the day. To get the most out of the calendar, prioritize doing your important tasks that require the most amount of focus in your Green Zones. Schedule moderately important tasks, such as routine meetings, in your Yellow Zones and your least important tasks, like calendar management and email, in your Red Zones.
