		<description>One of the things that I have seen in a crisis is leaders who think they (or think they should) know it all and refuse to listen to people that surround them.  Usually in a crisis we are never alone and are surrounded by people who are smarter then us.  One of the best bosses I ever had in a  time of crisis would never be afraid to listen to what we thought. In fact he used to encourage our input.  Of course he didn&#039;t always agree but it was a confidence boost to us that he at least valued our ideas.  He was one of those people I would have followed almost anywhere.</description>
